Grading Sucess! - September '07 Congratulations again to Lionel & Fai who both successfully completed their grading in Module 7 – Amara & Disarms. Amara are advanced templates which teach effective striking patterns, the amara can be practiced alone and then applied against an opponent. Seven amara templates are taught.
